Can we start with just a few SilvERP modules and add more later?+
Yes — that's the core of the model. Pick a ready-made configuration (Manufacturing, Retail, Laboratory, Trading or Digital metal) or license any individual module à la carte. Modules like Purchasing, CRM, HRMS and Compliance can be added independently to any configuration. When you enable a new one it appears instantly, already wired to your existing master data, inventory and users.
We already have an ERP / accounting / price feed. Do we have to replace them?+
No. Discovery decides what stays, what connects and what is replaced. Integrations exist today for market-data price feeds, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, e-invoicing (IRN), bank connectivity and KYC providers, and every message exchanged with an outside system is recorded in an interface log.
How does SilvERP support provenance, ESG and carbon reporting?+

How does SilvERP handle metal purity and weight precision?+
All weights and monetary values use exact decimal arithmetic — floating point is banned from the codebase. Purity conversions (gross ↔ fine), wastage and yield are computed with the same exactness, so physical stock and books reconcile to the milligram.
Can it run on-premise? Our vault data cannot leave the building.+
Absolutely. The entire platform is containerised and runs on your hardware, your private cloud, or ours — same codebase. Vaulting and refining clients can run a fully isolated installation, and every message a module exchanges with an outside system is recorded in that module’s interface log.
What does the AI actually do — and can we turn it off?+
The assistant answers natural-language questions from your live data ("show me today's buyback by branch"), within the same tenant, branch and role limits as the person asking. Any change it proposes needs a person to confirm, every call is audited, and it runs on a self-hosted model. It is strictly opt-in: organisations that don't want it simply don't turn it on.
Do we get new features after go-live?+
Yes. SilvERP ships as numbered releases. Your installation stays on the release you approved until you choose to upgrade, and a fix reaches every customer through the next release rather than a per-customer branch.
Which deployment options are there?+
SilvERP is delivered on our managed cloud as standard. Where data residency or regulation requires it, the same platform runs in your own private cloud or on your premises.
Is SilvERP off the shelf or built for us?+
Both, in the right proportion. Every client runs the same proven core, so fixes and new features keep reaching you, and that core is fine-tuned to your operation: workflows, documents, numbering, approval rules, rates and the integrations with the systems you keep.
