Refineries & manufacturers

Follow every gram from intake to vault receipt

Connect intake, assay, production and vault inventory. Every batch carries its inputs, weighings, yield and loss, and a custody chain from input lot to output bar.

The workflow

Intake to vault, without spreadsheets in between

  1. 01

    Intake & assay

Receive material against a lot, weigh it and send samples to the laboratory; the assay result travels with the lot.

  2. 02

    Plan the batch

Create batches from formulas and routings; operations, departments and equipment are planned on the floor's own calendar.

  3. 03

    Run the floor

Operators work their job queue; melting, casting and refining operations record received, approved and scrap quantities.

  4. 04

    Weigh and reconcile

Weighings are captured against the batch, so yield and loss are computed — not typed in at month end.

  5. 05

    Quality & deviations

Out-of-tolerance assays and process deviations open investigations and CAPA, with a full history.

  6. 06

    Vault receipt

Finished bars are received into inventory with lots and serials; the custody chain links each bar back to its inputs.
